What You'll Be Doing
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet all safety and regulatory requirements for the role.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate tools and machinery safely.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
