Overview:
Mercy Hospital is seeking a full-timeNICU Clinical Educator to join our dedicated team in St. Louis, MO. This role supports orientation, competency programs, in-service education, continuing education, academic partnerships, career development, and role transition at the unit level for Mercy coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Education:BSN required or currently enrolled within 6 months of hire.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Licensure:Current appropriate state nursing license; AHA BLS provider certification.
- Preferred Experience:
- 3 years of NICU experience.
- Prior leadership experience.
