Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Annual Skills Checklistis required for submission and can’t expire during the expected contract dates.
Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Shift & Scheduling: 6 week scheduling done by a scheduler
Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend
Holiday Requirements: Will rotate with perm staff
RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Float Requirement: Can float to PCU or MedSurg
Required Skills/Experience: RNs are required to titrate drips
Common Diagnoses: Variety of ICU acuity patients- vented patients, BIS scoring, TTM, IABP (rarely)
Unit Details: Beds- 16
Others: Orientation- Classroom orientation and then 2-12 hour shifts on the unit
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
