Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Scheduling requirements: rotating/every other weekend overtime available

- Very high acuity unit with ECMO, heart transplant, CABG, etcl
Equipment Used on Unit:

Floating Requirements: Floating policy: can be floated as needed to other ICUs depending on volume and acuity. On rare occasion may be floated to PCU
Required Credentials:
- Certifications: Magnet, CP, Stroke, Unit is Beacon award winner
- Hemodynamic monitoring, CPR, Ventilated patients. Post CABG care
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- CVICU experience
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:
- Procedures performed on unit: Multiple via intensivist
Required Skills/Experience:
- Patient Experience Required: Bedside shift report required with updates to white board. Rudeness is not tolerated
10 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
