Job DescriptionSaint Luke's North Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The Clinical Resource Nurse serves as a key leader, mentor, and clinical expert who supports bedside care delivery, promotes best practices, and ensures high standards of patient care across the department.
As a vital member of the ED leadership team, the CRN acts as a resource to nursing staff, assists with complex patient care situations, and plays a central role in staff development and performance improvement.
Shift: Full Time Days
Key Responsibilities:
Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 3 years of recent emergency nursing experience required
- Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
