Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards
- Perform advanced service work including engine rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, and performance upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians and support team development
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Harley-Davidson brand
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional motorcycle service experience
- Harley-Davidson Master Technician certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with digital service platforms and scan tools
- Valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
