- Diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring adherence to recipe and presentation standards, while strictly following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Organized by keeping the work area neat and sanitary; utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.
- Focused and thorough by providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards; follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
Qualifications for Success: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- 1+ years of experience in a managerial role. Showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively.
- Previous experience in retail, coffee shop, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to going the extra mile for every customer.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
- Occasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handling
- Frequent: Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel
- Constant: Stand, handling, & forward reach
