Qualifications:
Required:
- BSN degree
- NJ RN License
- At least 3years Current Cath Lab/IRRN experience
- BLS & ACLS required.(American Heart Association)

Essential Functions:
The Operations Manager demonstrates the ability to direct and delegate the daily operations of the assigned unit/department utilizing effective and efficient tools/techniques to enhance physician and patient satisfaction,
Collaborates with the CardiacDirector to develop and implement operational efficiencies to ensure quality outcomes and meet/exceed required departmental metrics,
Ensures the department is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
