RWJBarnabas Healthis seeking a highly dedicated Critical Care RN for a Full TimeManagement position in the Cath Lab/IRat Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Qualifications:

Required:

  • BSN degree
  • NJ RN License
  • At least 3years Current Cath Lab/IRRN experience
  • BLS & ACLS required.(American Heart Association)

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in related field, MSN or MBA preferred
  • Two years of progressive management experience in related field preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Day Shift-40 hours

Essential Functions:

  • The Operations Manager demonstrates the ability to direct and delegate the daily operations of the assigned unit/department utilizing effective and efficient tools/techniques to enhance physician and patient satisfaction,

    Collaborates with the CardiacDirector to develop and implement operational efficiencies to ensure quality outcomes and meet/exceed required departmental metrics,

    Ensures the department is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
