Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in
- the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact
- license, in accordance with law and regulation
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly preferred
- 2+ years applicable experience required in surgery or operating room
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
