Requirements:
RRT Certification
MA Respiratory Care License
5+ yrs recent Level 1 Trauma / Critical Care (MICU & SICU)
EPIC experience
Lung protective ventilation knowledge
Code Blue team participation
NPS or ACCS preferred
BLS required
Perks & Experience:
Make ventilator decisions based on labs & patient assessment
Experience with Drager XL & v500 ventilators
Exposure to Level III NICU (preferred)
