Nurse Practitioners – Wound Care
Description:Join our team of medical professionals dedicated to providing advanced wound care in the comfort of patients' homes. Our experienced practitioners offer a range of treatments to ensure optimal healing and recovery.
Currently seeking Nurse Practitioners for our Wound Care department to serve Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) facilities and/or patients in their homes. Practitioners in SNFs will engage in weekly bedside wound rounds with nursing home staff, change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, establish care plans, and adhere to facility protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wound care
- Professional license in the state
- Ability to pass all background checks
Schedule: Flexible, Full-time
Nurse Practitioner Experience:
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Wound Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- NP License (Required)
- Wound Care Certification (Preferred)
