Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager:
- Leads and oversees one of our skilled nursing units
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by all nursing personnel by current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
- Maintains the highest degree of quality care at all times and provides direct nursing care as needed
- Responsible for the facility and its management when the Administrator, DON, or ADON is not present
- Performs a range of duties including maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes
