Unit Info:Join our dynamic nursing team now as an Assistant Nurse Manager in our neuroscience unit at FMC. The NHFMC Neurosciences Unit is a 43-bed acute inpatient unit dedicated to the care of patients with stroke and other neurological and neurosurgical disorders, with 33 medical telemetry beds, 6 medical surgical beds, and 4 intermediate level epilepsy monitoring beds.We strongly emphasize diversity and inclusion throughout our organization and invite applicants from all backgrounds to apply!
Requirements: RN license Required. BSN preferred but not required. Must have a bachelors Degree

Qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
- Additional Skills (required):Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training
