We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Success to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
As a Client-Facing and internal Trainer in Wealth Services,you will play a critical role in empowering our clients and employees to unlock the full potential of our platforms. You’ll design, develop, and deliver tailored training experiences that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term successliving our “Be Client Obsessed” principle every day.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training curricula for wealth solutions platforms (onboarding, trading, billing, analytics, etc.).
- Serve as the primary escalation point for platform-related questions during and after formal training sessions.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and update training roadmaps.
- Build an understanding of the clients’ business.
- Serve as a member on rollout initiatives to build knowledge around platform releases.
- Engage in a culture of continuous improvement, including digital adoption.
- Build relationships with business partners.
- Be involved with large and small client transitions, including offsite assignments.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
- Client Service experience preferred
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable in high-stakes, client-facing environments
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
