A well-established manufacturer in Southeast Michigan is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead plant-level engineering and maintenance initiatives. This role offers the chance to drive impactful improvements and support future program launches in a dynamic production environment.

Who are we seeking
- Proven expertise ininjection moldingis essential. (REQUIRED)
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, managing engineering and/or maintenance teams. (REQUIRED)
- Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
