Essential Job Functions

• Will use hand tools such as the hammer, sledgehammer, wrench, pliers to accomplish daily
• Lifts and carries materials and tools throughout work areas using appropriate
• Always Maintains neat and orderly work areas
• Completingfinalfinishonapouredconcrete product, using power tools and hand tools
• Use hand tools such as the hammer, sledgehammer, wrench, pliers to accomplish daily
• Assistwiththeinstallofplates,rebar,andwire,insulation,lifters, reveals, and
• Tapingandcuttingstrand,cleaningBurks, bagging in blackouts, finish exposed sides
• Patch Concrete Pipes- blending structural concrete, working with many different raw
• Finishproductinanattractive manner free of cracks and imperfections
• Removing rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concreteMayberequiredto use a pressure washer and/or sandblasting equipment
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety
• Ensurethatproper safetyandincidentreporting procedures are Bring problems to the attention of Safety Team/ Supervisor

Education and Experience

• Mustbe able to follow instructions both verbally and in writing
• Ability to use hand
• 3Months- 6 Months- Construction
• 3Months- 6 Months - Landscaping
• 3-6 Months - Manufacturing Precast Concrete(Preferred)
• Teamwork environment
• ForkliftCertifications are a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 35
• Standing, walking, and stooping throughout the
• Ability to keep up with manufacturing
• Able to work with dust and outside environment conditions (i.e rain, wind)
• Usetowearing earplugs and other PPE - such as hard hat, steel-toes boots, gloves and safety glasses as required.
• Abilitytomeetattendanceschedulewithdependability and consistency
• Abilitytoliftheavyobjects,walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field

Requirements:

• Pass the drug test and physical
• Transitionto UNION after 90 days of employment

WorkEnvironment:

• The work environment is not climate controlled and is subject to outdoor weather Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting
