Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required, with some of it within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• ADN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Unit Details:
- Beds: 8
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 2 labor rooms; 6 post-partum. Level 1 maternity/Level 1 nursery as well as post-op GYN patients. Our birth rate is ~ 100 annually. Month to month is highly variable.
Floating Requirements:
- Facility Floats: Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital, Aspirus Plover Hospital, Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital
Required Credentials:
- EKG/Tele Exam
- Educ: Associate Degree or Certificate
Shift & Scheduling:
- 2 weekends out of 4 as needed
- On-call Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. Additional shifts
- Holiday: every other
- Shift Requirements: day/night variables
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. Additional shifts May be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum Travel Assignments Required: 1
Floating Requirements:
- Float Requirements: OB and L&D - Could potentially float to Med/Surg , ER or ICU for tasks if/as needed(vital signs, answer lights, complete a patient history). No patient assignment and No isolation rooms. May also need to float to other Aspirus locations in the Southern region if needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Critical access hospital experience highly preferred
