ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior GEOINT Analyst to join our teams in Springfield, VA!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct GEOINT analysis on national security issues using multiple geospatial data sources, imagery, and advanced geospatial tradecraft.
Integrate multi-INT sources, coordinate with mission partners, and collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, ASG, and foreign partners to provide GEOINT support.
Deliver timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT analysis of military, regime, and humanitarian issues to policy makers, allied organizations, and the IC.
Research, extract, and analyze geospatial and multi-INT data; apply structured observation management (SOM) and activity-based intelligence (ABI) methodologies.
Produce high-quality written, visual, and oral GEOINT productsincluding reports, graphics, infographics, and briefingswith minimal editing required.
Manage geospatial databases, shapefiles, and data retrieval/storage to support analysis, modeling, and visualization of mission-specific intelligence.
Prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to evolving requirements, and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
HS Diploma and 10+ years of GEOINT experience OR Associate’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR Master’s degree + 6 years of experience
Experience with commercial and NTM imagery sources, search missions with softcopy tools, IEC exploitation workstations, and military infrastructure/order of battle analysis.
Experience conducting historical imagery research.
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, database entry, and graphic design principles.
Desired Qualifications:
Regional expertise in assigned AOR, photogrammetry, remote sensing, or image processing.
Strong knowledge of intelligence collection processes, particularly NGA’s role within the IC.
