Are you early in your career and seeking a dynamic, hands-on role with leadership potential EMR’s Manager Trainee program offers recent high school, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree graduates an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in the scrap metal and recycling industry. This structured, rotational training program provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to grow into a leadership role. This role will be located in Camden and the Philadelphia area with a pay rate of $19 – 24/hr.
