Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong cardiac tele background.
- Be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters.
- Titrate drips: Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone
- Be able to read & interpret strips.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years - Cardiac Tele background.
Required Credentials:
- **Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, through UNA, only (with 2 max attempts).
- **There is also a PASS/FAIL SIM LAB on day one of orientation. If they fail, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months.
Types of Patients on Unit:
- ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/Tele.
- Nurses will be caring for more tele patients VS medical.
Unit Details: Beds CRMC 60 ED Beds, MGMC 31 ED Beds
Shift & Scheduling:
- 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a - Ability to self-schedule; however this could change from time to time.
- 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule.
- Holiday Rotate in with the perm staff.
Floating Requirements: Would float to med/surg/tele/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC Eds as needed.
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
