Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
In addition to a valid driver’s license, you Must include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months).
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Required Credentials:
- Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler’s name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date.
- EKG Course/ Telemetry test
- Cert: NIH - Acceptable Vendors: AHA, APEX, NIHSS, BlueCloud
