Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
** Preferred Skills/Experience:** 1 or more travel contracts completed.
Special Requests: No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 laboring, 1:2-3 AP, 1:1 c/s and PACU.
Equipment/Technology Used on Unit: Documentation system: Meditech and Centricity
Shift & Scheduling: 3 shifts/week, if working during the winter holidays must work 1-2 days or eves
Floating Requirements: Possible to float to Mother Baby but not frequently. Will not float to any other department.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placement, vaginal deliveries, IV starts with lab draws, circulating cesarean sections, recovering cesarean sections (usually with spinal anesthesia but general anesthesia occasionally).
10 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
