Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time Benefitted position
Pay: Salary of $90,000 to $105,000 DOE

We are seeking a compassionate nurse who understands dementia care, advocates for residents, and provides exceptional case management. This role is more than a jobit’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
As the Assisted Living Nurse Supervisor, you will:
- Provide support and leadership to our caring team of CNAs, Med Techs, and Resident Assistants.
- Foster team building and strong resident relationships.
- Enjoy an excellent staff-to-resident ratio and a dynamic activity team that helps residents stay engaged with meaningful experiencessuch as outings to museums and restaurants, as well as everyday conversations and shared stories.
- Encourage and model relationship-centered care, where knowing residents deeply helps anticipate and meet their needs.
- Have the freedom to organize your work in a way that meets both resident goals and regulatory requirements.
- Be supported by a strong leadership team, including our Director of Wellness and Assisted Living, Memory Support Manager, and Assisted Living Manager, who are here to support your success.
