What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional nursing services.
  • Must complete Health assessments as per the Ohio Departments of Health regulations and as delegated by the Director of Nursing or Designee
  • Must Ensure physician orders are transcribed and signed as per the regulations
  • Must ensure appropriate and timely training for Nursing assistants.
  • Must verify Nursing assistant's task completion on assigned shift and provide guidance as needed
  • Must ensure resident’s services are delivered per plan of care.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Requires driver license.
  • Previous nursing experience in an Assisted Living Facility a plus. Must be flexible, compassionate and dependable.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents, family members and business partners.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
  • Ability to make decisions or collaborate with Clinical Care Coordinator or DOC.
  • Great customer service skills.
