Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 34 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Common Diagnoses: Low and High risk labor patients
antepartum with multiples, hypertensive disorders, diabetic conditions, multiple system issues.
Labor patients with multiple system disorders (HTN, DM, etc.)
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
Circulate and recover cesarean sections, PP d&c
Ideal candidates would have:
Preceptor skills
Ability to Float to Postpartum/MBU
Newborn Care
Baby Friendly exp
Ability to do Non-stress Test
Set up a delivery table

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months.
