Responsibilities:
What Will I Do
- THIS JOB REQUIRES ON SITE VISIT
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Sales Training
- Labor Resource Supervision
- Tracking Work Completed
- Control of Labor Efficiency
- Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
- Provide a constantflow of product and sales training
- Promote lead generation
- Monitor and controlcall backs and warranties
- Handle all escalated customer concernsby demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience servicing or installing residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
- 3+ Years of Experience managing an HVAC Service Team of at least 5 Technicians
- An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
