ManTech seeks a motivated, career-oriented GEOINT Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for supporting national security, and expertise in geospatial intelligence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct GEOINT analysis on national security issues using geospatial data, imagery, and multi-INT sources.
- Deliver timely, accurate intelligence assessments to policymakers, allied organizations, military stakeholders, and the IC.
- Publish polished written and visual products, including reports, graphics, and briefings tailored to mission requirements.
- Collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, and foreign partners to address shared intelligence challenges.
- Manage and analyze geospatial datasets (e.g., shapefiles, geo-databases) to identify trends, events, and relationships.
- Apply structured observation management (SOM) and activity-based intelligence (ABI) techniques to support mission analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of GEOINT analysis experience or Bachelor's and 1 year experience or Associates and 2 years experience.
- Proficiency with commercial/NTM imagery, softcopy exploitation tools, and historical imagery research.
- Ability to identify military installations, conduct order of battle analysis, and apply GEOINT methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the intelligence collection process and NGA’s role within the IC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Regional expertise in assigned AOR; knowledge of photogrammetry, remote sensing, or image processing.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
