MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mission Integrator to join our team in Stafford, VA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Marine Corps mission engineering initiatives by aligning Modeling, Simulation, Analysis, and Wargaming (MS&A) activities with warfighting experimentation and joint interoperability efforts. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact projects that directly influence operational readiness and decision-making.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and integrate mission engineering projects that synchronize MS&A activities with Marine Corps experimentation, concept development, and multinational interoperability goals
- Coordinate collaboration among modelers, analysts, and subject matter experts,
managing integration plans, schedules, and risk mitigation efforts - Plan and support large-scale events and working groups by creating coordinating
instructions, documentation, Common Data Cards (CDCs), and Data Collection and Assessment Plans (DCAPs) - Provide expertise in the application of M&S tools and techniques to ensure clarity in
scope, resources, timelines, and risk execution - Develop and maintain project documentation including integration briefings, project
binders, collaboration tools, resource allocation data, and Situation Reports (SITREPs) for leadership - Perform other duties in support of the customer, as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in mission integration, systems integration, or related coordination roles.
- Experience working in military or government environments (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation methodologies and foundational systems
engineering principles - Proficiency with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, IntelShare, or Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Marine Corps warfighting concepts, doctrine, and experimentation
methods - Understanding of Naval Capabilities Integration Process (NCIP) and mission
engineering frameworks - Familiarity with military communication protocols, standards, and professional
documentation - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills to balance multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to produce, manage, and present technical project
documentation effectively
Clearance Requirements:
- This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibly.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
