Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required from the last 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Cardiac background ability to manage devices IABP, Impella, post op cardiac patients, CVVH (CRRT)
- RNs required to titrate drips: Levo, Vaso ,Neo, Propofol, titratable drugs- weight based
Types of Patients on Unit: Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.
Unit Details: Beds SICU- 10. MICU- 10, PG5ICU- 10, CCU- 10, NCCU-8; CSICU- 18, Pratt 8 IMC- 14
Special Requests: Cannot guarantee block scheduling each week/schedule
Shift & Scheduling:
- Days/Nights rotation, 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: As needed we do expect them to be available for one major winter and one major summer
Floating Requirements: Will float to all 6 ICUs and Pratt 8 our Cardiomyopathy IMC unit.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
