Our client in the legal industry, is seeking a Paralegal Director to join their team. As a Paralegal Director, you will be part of the litigation department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job
- Train paralegals on SOPsand ensure compliance.
- Act as a liaison.
- Supervise paralegal teams and facilitate effective communication among attorneys.
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for data integrity and SOP compliance.
- Draft and implement new SOPs with approval while staying updated on legal developments.
What's Needed
- Must have experience managing 5+ paralegals
- Trial experience and wrongful death are a must – at least 2-5 over last five years
- Must have supervised paralegals who have trial and wrongful death
- 10+ years in managing personal injury cases from the plaintiff's side.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
