Position Summary Safe Haven Security is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team with no cold calling or prospecting of any kind, selling to our partners, who have expressed interest in speaking with Safe Haven. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role you will:
· Lead a team of inside sales representatives that requires zero cold calling or prospecting.
· Engage with customers to facilitate purchase of our products and services.
· Collaborate with team to foster relationships and maintain a streamlined workflow for managing prospects and enhance team effectiveness
· Organize training sessions and workshops for staff to promote program objectives and best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional sales management skills
What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:
· 2 year associate degree or relevant work experience
· 2-4 years of experience in sales management
