MENTOR Adult Day Health,a member of the Sevita family,provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their ownhomes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Float Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Health | $40/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Springfield, MA Region – Multiple Adult Day Health Locations
Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call

What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care across multiple Adult Day Health centers in the Springfield region
Review and update participant medical records
Administer and monitor prescribed treatments and medications
Triage and manage care for ill or injured participants
Support staff and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active RN license in MA
1+ year experience with medically complex individuals
CPR/First Aid certified
Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to different program sites
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
