Who We Are:
AtMercy St. Louis, ourLevel IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)is a place of healing, innovation, and heart. With an average daily census of88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants.
Our16-week Nurse Residency Fellowshipis designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You’ll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority.
What You’ll Gain:

What We’re Looking For:
- Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Experience:Patient Care Tech experience preferred
- License:Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
- Certifications:BLS through the American Heart Association
