Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required, with some of it within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required. Every other weekend. Travelers are allowed one call out per contract, if there is a 2nd there will need proper documentation and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please indicate if candidate shift preference is flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights
Special requirements: No block schedule requests
Float Requirements: Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) - ED holding (for admitted pts holding in ED)– as needed basis
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult, Geriatric
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
