Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required, with some of it within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:
Recent experience at a teaching facility and recent travel experience preferred.
Parking Paid parking options available on site. MetroRail transportation available if preferred.

TCH requires any clinician that is or were perm staff to wait 6 months before applying for a traveler position. Please note this timeline may vary slightly because this timeline is based on the units discretion.
Required Skills/Experience: L&D - required, Obstetrics - required, Post-partum - required
Types of Patients on Unit: laboring patients circulating c section deliveries, recoveries of delivered patients, antepartum care, post partum care and newborn care. Occasionally there may be care of post obgyn post surgical patients.
Unit Details: This is a 6 beds., Staff to A1 standards
