Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Floating Requirements: Labor and delivery and post partum
Shift & Scheduling: On-call: 1 shift (12 hour) every 6 week schedule. Every other weekend. Holidays as needed per unit
Required Credentials: Advanced EFM (from NCC), NRP (advanced)
- Unit Details:
- 6 labor rooms on Labor and delivery and 22 beds on Post partum
- 90-120 deliveries a month
Patient ratio on labor and delivery is 1:1 or 2, on postpartum it is 1:6
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Advanced AWHONN FHM (Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
