Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing staff, drive clinical excellence, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care for women and children
  • Manage daily operations of the Women’s and Children’s Unit

  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to deliver exceptional care

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting required.

  • Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. BLS required. Prior demonstrated leadership preferred.

  • Additional skills preferred: Board certification in area of practice.

Qualifications:
