This position serves as the first point of contact for the organization, managing incoming communications and visitors while providing essential administrative support. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.
What is your day to day
- Greeting and directing clients, guests, and visiting employees
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate associates
- Managing visitor tracking, including vendors and guests
- Handling parking and vehicle logs, security access cards, and keys
- Assisting with employee on-boarding/off-boarding processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Supporting the annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators
- Performing various facility management assignments as directed
- Submit, review and assign work order requests
- Support mail services team
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service-related experience
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages
Preferred
- Experience in a corporate reception or administrative role
- Familiarity with visitor management systems
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
