Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a Preschool Principal to guide our school community with compassion, vision, and excellence. This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the culture, inspire teachers, support families, and ensure children thrive in a safe, joyful, and engaging environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Create and uphold a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture aligned with our mission
- Grow Enrollment & Engagement: Drive enrollment through community involvement, family partnerships, and strong school reputation
- Develop Teachers & Staff: Attract, mentor, and retain top early childhood educators through coaching and career pathways
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain state licensing, accreditation, and health/safety standards
- Support Learning Excellence: Oversee our Links to Learning curriculum, ensuring quality instruction and student success
- Manage Operations: Oversee budgets, staffing, vendors, and resources to ensure financial sustainability and smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership or administrative experience in an early childhood setting
- Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, staff, and the community
