MANTECH seeks a mission-focused and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. This position provides full-spectrum logistics and warehouse management support, ensuring the integrity of equipment accountability and adherence to operational standards. You will bring hands-on skills to support secure, organized inventory and property tracking for our customer while helping to improve the logistics framework through proactive SOP development.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You will manage and control Government property while supporting our customer’s mission by maintaining full inventory accountability and visibility across all assets.
You will create, update, and implement logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective asset management and risk mitigation.
You will verify property records for accuracy within the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) database, and participate in government-led inventory audits.
You will conduct regular inventory sampling to validate internal controls, maintain transfer documentation, and ensure compliance with customer directives.
You will support equipment shipping and receiving activities in accordance with all customer instructions, warehouse procedures, and OSHA safety standards.
You will review complex inventory records, generate reports and recommendations, and collaborate with subcontractors and customers to meet logistics requirements.
You will contribute to modernization efforts across DoD logistics software platforms, assisting with procurement, distribution, and inventory control initiatives that enhance total asset visibility and integrate global supply chains.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional logistics experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of logistics experience, preferably supporting the U.S. Government
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
Strong verbal and written business communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% within the Continental U.S.
Security+ certification or the abilityto obtain within 6 months of hire
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk for long periods within a warehouse or customer workplace setting to conduct inventories and inspect equipment.
Inventories and inspections may require bending, squatting, and maneuvering around crowded locations.
Must be able to lift and move 50 lb. equipment and boxes.
Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
