MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Access Administrator to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you will support secure access services across multiple core networks by managing user accounts, resolving provisioning issues, and ensuring timely service restoration. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational continuity and security compliance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- You will manage and resolve account issues across five core networks, providing Tier 2 support following Tier 1 troubleshooting.
- You will perform account provisioning tasks including creation, modification, deactivation, and access changes in alignment with policy.
- You will administer Active Directory objects, group permissions, network shares, and application access to ensure appropriate authorization.
- You will collaborate closely with technical teams to identify root causes of access issues, restore services, and implement preventive solutions.
- You will maintain precise records and tracking documentation for all account activities and service requests.
- You may travel locally between customer buildings or provide temporary on-site support at alternate locations as needed.
- You will work a required shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting a team coverage window spanning 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience, or Associate’s Degree with 9+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Component Mission Administrator (CMA) or Directorate Mission Administrator (DMA) certification. Name scrub will be required to verify or obtain DMA certification and access.
- Hands-on experience with the customer’s operational environment, including ticketing systems, corporate applications, desktop platforms, and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to effectively resolve and prevent account and access-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks, priorities, and requirements in a dynamic mission environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing access processes and documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.
- Constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
