Worldwide Recovery is experiencing rapid growth and looking for a positive and energetic person to join our family. We have an immediate opening for a Transportation Clerk at our Pomona, CA facility.
The Transportation Clerk works closely with Dispatch, Customer Service, and Operations Manager. Primary duties include checking in driver paperwork, making appropriate copies, logging manifests, logging DVIRs, managing IFTA reports, filing, routing paperwork to the appropriate department for further processing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Possess customer service experience
- Regular and satisfactory attendance and punctuality is required
- Must be able to pass a basic math test and successfully pass a criminal background, physical and drug screen
- Knowledge of general office procedures, email and data processing
- Ability to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency of the work being processed
- Ability to sit at a computer and perform data entry functions for an extended period

Required experience:
- Knowledge of transportation industry
- Data entry: 2 years
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred experience:
- Knowledge of the hazardous waste industry
- QuickBooks
- 10-key
- Fluent English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
