Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

RNs only - Need at least a years worth of acute care experience within the past two years.
RNs only - One year of unit experience must be within the last two years.
Shift & Scheduling: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am
Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required.
This position will likely have a lot of weekend shifts (but not every weekend).
Call Requirements: no
Float Requirement: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience.Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1/3 in IMC.
Ratio: 1/2 (1/3 in IMC)
Types of Patients: You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT..
This is a float pool position. Traveler must feel comfortable operating in a variety of adult ICU settings (SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, etc.). When not needed, in ICU level of care, traveler will be used in IMC level of care.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
