Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Day/Evening, 8/12 hr shifts, required to work 0700-19:30, with every other weekend rotation and some holidays.
Must have experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc).
ICU experience with adult populations required.
Must be willing to work with IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed.
Traveler must have experience in an Academic level 1 Trauma center.
Successfully completed travel assignment (13 weeks).
Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
Licensure and Certification:
BLS and ACLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.

RTO Requirements: Manager will review/approve during candidate review process. Generally, no more than 2 weeks off in a contract. If the request is more than 1 week and is consecutive (no hours in the week), Vaya will add 1 week at the end of the contract. Generally, all job postings will state that weekend rotations and some holidays will be required. Some units are stricter than others regarding holidays (ED allows for 1 holiday off).
