Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with Med Surg Floating required
We care for a wide range of adult patients with diagnosis such as Substance Abuse/Overdose, severe Psychiatric conditions, DKA, Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, Renal Failure, and Cardiogenic Shock.
Telemetry competency required
Night shift does not rotate
RN to Patient Ratio: 1/2 or 1/1 with high acuity; 1/4 or 1/5 when Floated to other Med/Surg areas
Patient Population: All
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
