Our clientis seeking a OSP Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:OSP Project Manager
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
What's the Job
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with input from assigned OSP engineers.
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed.
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
What's Needed
- Understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction experience.
- Background in project management related to civil, environmental, or utility construction.
- Ability to clearly articulate expectations and drive success.
- Experience with MS Office suite of applications.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio is a plus.
