Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Daily Care: Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, and daily activities.
- Support Learning: Provide feedback and support to students and supervisors.
- Companionship: Engage with students through conversation and activities.
- Supervision: Oversee students during key times, implement behavior management techniques.
- Reporting: Document changes in client status and adhere to HIPAA policies.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:
- Licensure: State certification or licensure required; one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Certifications: Current BLS card and TB test.
- Skills: Knowledge of child growth, strong communication, and computer proficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Background: DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance.
Certified Nursing Assistant Physical Requirements:
- Environment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.
- Activity: Frequent tasks include reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Sensory: Ability to work in moderate to high noise levels
