What Youll Do:
- Coordinate care for cardiac patients across multiple specialties
- Triaging consults and managing timely appointments
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff
- Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital departments
- Help remove barriers to care and enhance patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in nursing required (Masters preferred)
- 3+ years cardiovascular nursing experience required
- Florida RN license required
- BLS required; Cardiac or Specialty Certification preferred
