What You'll Be Doing

  • Support daily operations of the quarry and plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity

  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to implement process improvements and optimize production

  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • Five years of aggregates operations management experience

  • Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations

  • Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle

Work Environment
This role is based in a quarry and plant setting, requiring regular exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy machinery, and varying terrain. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate uneven surfaces in an outdoor industrial environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust

  • Visual and auditory ability to safely operate and monitor heavy equipment and machinery

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of daily responsibilities

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
