Chef Partner-Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience
- Strong Back of House leadership experience, including kitchen operations and food cost control
- Proven ability to manage seasonal menu changes, team training, and execution
- Capable of driving performance and culture across both FOH and BOH teams

- Passionate about scratch cooking, comfort cuisine, and seasonal sourcing
- Skilled in P&L management, labor control, and inventory systems
